    What are the shipping and handling rates?
    The Dominion Energy South Carolina EnergyWise Savings Store has free shipping and handling on orders over
        $25 and flat-rate shipping of $10 per order if the total is less than $25. Note that we do not ship to PO
        Boxes or outside of the Dominion Energy South Carolina service territory.
    A confirmation email will be sent with the shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.
    Products may ship separately.

    Backorders
    If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered
            products, usually by e-mail. Even if all products can not be shipped at one time, the total shipping charge
            will never exceed the shipping quote provided during checkout. You are also able to check on an order's
            status through the Login section of our site. 
    
    Product Returns Information 
    
    Returns Process 
    
        
            You may request a return of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a
                refund by utilizing the returns portal here. AM
                Conservation (AMC) will provide a return label. There will be no additional cost to you if the
                return is a result of our error, e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.
                Otherwise, a return shipping cost of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
            
                - Items must be returned within 45 days of invoice to be eligible for credit. After the 45-day
                    period, customers need to contact our customer support
                                center for return guidance.
- Customers need to have their order number and ship to zip code ready when utilizing the portal for a
                    return.
- Returned items must be received by the supplier AM Conservation in new condition and in the original
                    packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed after items have been received
                    and processed.
If you still need further assistance to return an item, please contact us with your order
                number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions
                for how to use the returns portal.
         
     
    
    Orders with Missing or Incorrect Products
    Orders must be inspected by customers within (2) business days from delivery date. Delivery date is determined by
        the date associated with the FedEx shipment tracking number. Be sure that you have received the complete list of
        items you have ordered. If an item has been backordered, it will be noted on the packing list and the item will
        be shipped as soon as it is available. If you received items you did not order, we will send you a prepaid FedEx
        shipping label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. 
    
    Return of Damaged Products
    Orders must be inspected by customers within (2) business days from delivery date. Delivery date is determined by
        the date associated with the FedEx shipment tracking number. 
    If a smart thermostat arrives damaged due to shipping, it will need to be returned to
            AMCG prior to a replacement being sent. If a product doesn't appear to be damaged from shipping, but instead
            not working properly due to a manufacturer's defect, please follow the steps below under,
            Defective Item Returns. 
    AMCG will notify you if any of the damaged items need to be returned and will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping
        label to do so. 
    
    Defective Item Returns
    If a smart thermostat or connected home item is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer,
        NOT incompatible, contact the device manufacturer below to discuss replacement. Returns of these items is
        subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. See Below.
    Any other defective items are subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty and the Returns Process noted
        above. Please contact us hereor at
        877-510-7234 to determine if a replacement is required.  If so, one will be shipped at no cost.
