Meet the Nest Thermostat, the helpful thermostat with a cozy price. It can turn itself down to save energy when you leave the house. You can control it from anywhere with the Google Home app – whether you’re on an errand or on vacation. You can even change the temperature without getting off the couch or out of bed. Just say, “Hey Google, turn up the heat.” ¹The Nest Thermostat looks out for your heating or cooling system. If something doesn’t seem right, it can send an alert.

And it’s easy to install yourself, usually in 30 minutes or less.

With proven energy savings, the Nest Thermostat can save also an average of 10-12% on heating bills and 15% on cooling bills.²

The Nest Thermostat:

Includes remote control capabilities from your phone, tablet or laptop.
Saves energy when you’re away. The Nest Thermostat can use sensors and your phone’s location to check if you’ve left the house. Then it can set itself to an Eco temperature to save energy.
Finds ways to help you save. Savings Finder looks for more ways to save, and suggests tweaks to you schedule. You can accept the suggestions with a tap.
Checks your energy history. See how much you save and see how to save more.
Knows if there’s a problem. HVAC monitoring looks out for many heating and cooling system issues. If something doesn’t seem right, it can send you an alert. ³If you need to replace your air filter, you’ll get a reminder. And you can book a visit with a Nest Pro right from the alert.
Fine-tunes your comfort. The Nest Thermostat comes with Quick Schedule. When you set up your new thermostat, you can easily customize your schedule. And you can always adjust it from the Google Home app.

Warranty Information

Nest Labs, Inc. (“Nest Labs”), 3400 Hillview Avenue, Palo Alto, California USA, warrants to the owner of the enclosed Nest-branded product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (if the Product is a Nest Thermostat or a Nest Temperature Sensor) or two (2) years (for any other Product) from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is extended for an additional two (2) years (if the Product is a Nest Thermostat E) or an additional three (3) years (if the Product is a Nest Learning Thermostat or a Nest Protect smoke/CO alarm) sold to you and installed by a Nest Pro who, if applicable, enters a valid Nest Pro ID during setup. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Warranty Period for a factory refurbished Product is one (1) year, even if installed by a Nest Pro. If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Nest Labs will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or (b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product. Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at Nest Labs’ sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, Nest Labs may, at Nest Labs’ sole discretion, replace the Product with a similar product of similar function. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty. Any Product that has either been repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty for the longer of (a) ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the repaired Product or replacement Product, or (b) the remaining Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty is transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, but the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer.

Shipping & Returns

General Item Returns

Non-Eligible Items: opened or installed thermostats and items that are not in original condition

We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Upon receipt a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order. See Returns Process below.

Incorrectly Shipped Orders

Eligible Time Period: Inspect your order within 2 business days from delivery date. If you received items you did not order, we will either send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within one business day.

Damaged Item Returns

Eligible Time Period: Inspect your order within 2 business days from delivery date. If an order has arrived damaged you should notify the supplier, AM Conservation Group (AMCG), within 2 business days of delivery date. AMCG will ship replacements at no cost. Some items, such as smart thermostats, will need to be returned to AMCG prior to a replacement being sent. AMCG will notify you if any of the damaged items need to be returned and will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to do so.

Defective Item Returns (Smart Thermostats)

If a smart thermostat is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer, NOT incompatible, contact the thermostat manufacturer to discuss replacement. See below.

Returns Process

You may request a return of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. AMCG will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

Items must be returned within 45 days of invoice to be eligible for credit.

Returned items must be received by the supplier AM Conservation Group (AMCG) in new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

AMCG will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation which must be placed inside the return shipment package and RMA number printed on each package in order for returned material to be received at AMCG.

A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed on all returns unless the return is a result of an error made by AMCG or the product is faulty.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error made by AMCG, in which case, AMCG will send you a FEDEX shipping label.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
